The I-4 Exit Information Guide has been around since 2005. It’s a sister publication to the very popular I-95 Exit Information Guide. Just about every feature is duplicated with the I-4 Guide… and it’s recently been updated with mew information.

You’ll find very detailed, exit-by-exit listings for restaurants, diners, fast food, lodging, camping, and shopping for every I-4 exit from Daytona to Tampa. Right from their homepage you get a sense that this is the authority for I-4 travelers. Daily news articles continually feed this site with valuable, up-to-date travel and vacation information. There’s even a section where campers blog their thoughts on nearby campgrounds and rv park.

This site has it all, and they appear to be adding new features and content on a regular basis. If your next trip includes Central Florida and I-4 destinations, you simply must visit this site before you leave.

If you’re one of the millions of campers out there, you’ll appreciate this fairly new website. RVBuddy was introduced about a year ago and is already one of the most popular camping and RV related websites on the Internet. The site is well designed, easy to navigate and offers some great content.

There are two main functional areas of RVBuddy… Campground Reviews and the Camping/RV Directory. The Campground Review feature is great. Most of the reviews have photos and give you an excellent overview of the campground. Good or bad, you get a campers opinion of the property, cleanliness of the facilities and attitude of the staff. Thumbnail sized US location maps add a nice touch.

As you may know, 5-1-1 has been designated as a nationwide telephone exchange for traveler information. Well, we’ve just discovered a new “511″ website devoted to coupons for the traveler. It’s called 511Coupons. It’s new, but we see a lot of potential in what it has to offer.

Currently the website has focused on finding fast-food and chain restaurant coupons and special savings. All the typical chains are here… McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc. If your planning a trip, and you’re looking to stay on a budget, we definitely recommend stopping here before you leave.

What we liked most about this website is it’s simplicity. The layout and design are basic, clean and functional. Nothing is “in your face” here and advertising is virtually non-existent. Even navigation is simple. No drop-downs or maps, just city listings. Normally you would appreciate a little flash, but this website is meant to be tool, and does it quite well.
